- Be a part of team of collection agents to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts from customers.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement in the collections process.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce delinquency rates and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in collections or related field (NBFC).
- Solid knowledge of credit risk analysis, legal compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in managing teams and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
