Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in the automobile dealership or any other FMCG industry. Experience in dealership operations, sales, or business leadership is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
Good analytical ability with experience in sales forecasting and performance management.
