1 Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of nonwoven production machines such as extruders, spunbond/meltblown beams, calenders, winders, slitters, suction boxes, and stretching units. 2 Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in gearboxes, pumps, bearing housings, tensioning systems, and pneumatic/hydraulic components restore operation within minimum time to avoid production loss. 3 Monitor and maintain auxiliary equipment such as chillers, air compressors, vacuum systems, and cooling water lines with startup and shutdown activities. 4 Monitor abnormalities, vibration, or temperature rise in any rotating equipment and Maintain shift-wise maintenance logbooks, record breakdown details, and update machine history cards 5 Knowledge and follow of LockoutTagout (LOTO) procedures, confined space, and hot work permit. 6 Ensure proper handling and storage of mechanical tools, spares, and lubricants. 7 Participate in projects related to machine upgrades, energy savings, and efficiency improvement 8 Report low stock of critical spares and participate in 5S and Kaizen activities in the maintenance area.
