Roles and responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end training coordination (scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and execution)
- Support multilingual training delivery across global regions
- Act as a point of contact for clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders
- Handle learner communications, queries, and escalations
- Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and delivery teams for smooth execution
- Manage LMS activities (course setup, enrollments, tracking, reporting)
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and training metrics
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and learner experience
- Strong experience in training coordination or learning operations
- Multilingual capability (preferred: French, Spanish, German, Japanese, etc.)
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Excel/PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a global, quick-paced environment
