Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions such as Quality Inspectors,
Operators, Technicians, Helpers, Warehouse Associates, Packers, and Production Staff.
Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, local networks, social media,
referrals, placement agencies, and job fairs.
Conduct candidate screening, telephonic interviews, and coordinate interviews with
hiring managers.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Coordinate joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Collaborate with operations and business stakeholders to understand manpower
requirements and ensure timely closures.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on local labour market trends and innovative sourcing strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
14 years of experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring.
Experience in recruiting for manufacturing, automotive, logistics, warehousing, staffing,
or industrial sectors is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals, recruitment tools, and Microsoft Excel.




Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in mass hiring and field recruitment.
Robust networking and sourcing abilities.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
