Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and expand services offered.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and increase brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional client service by ensuring timely delivery of projects, addressing concerns, and delivering tailored solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Strong background in business development, client acquisition, and client handling.
- Excellent communication skills for building robust relationships with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
