Role & responsibilities

Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and firewalls.

- Support ERP, MES, SCADA/HMI, barcode printers, and shop-floor IT systems.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, security, and system availability.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, and printers.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, and application support teams.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and company IT policies.
- Support 24x7 manufacturing operations and handle critical plant incidents

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- 3-5 years of IT Infrastructure experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
- Ability to independently manage plant IT infrastructure.
