- Lead end-to-end execution of railway infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resource deployment, and construction activities to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, railway authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project commercial aspects, including billing, cost control, contract compliance, change orders, and claim management.
- Ensure adherence to Railway specifications, statutory regulations, quality assurance procedures, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Review project progress, identify execution risks, implement mitigation measures, and submit periodic MIS and progress reports to management.
- Lead and mentor project teams, optimize manpower and equipment utilization, and drive productivity and performance across the project.
- Oversee project handover activities, including completion documentation, final inspections, client approvals, and successful project closure.
