Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
Employment Type: Full-Time (Residential Estate)
Compensation: 1,00,000 1,25,000 per month + Relocation Support

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced House Manager / Estate Manager with a robust luxury hospitality background to oversee the complete operations of a prestigious private residence in Jamshedpur. This is not a traditional domestic management role. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the residence with the standards, precision, and service excellence of a luxury five-star hotel.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of independently managing all aspects of estate operations while delivering exceptional service to the principals and their family.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the residence with five-star hospitality standards.

- Lead, supervise, train, and schedule all household staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Coordinate and manage external vendors, contractors, maintenance agencies, and service providers.

- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance of the property and household assets.

- Manage household budgets, operational expenses, inventories, and procurement.

- Coordinate travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, golf bookings, appointments, and other lifestyle requirements for the family.

- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all household functions.

- Ensure the residence maintains impeccable presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency at all times.





- Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism while interacting with the family and guests.

- Anticipate the familys requirements and proactively resolve operational challenges.

Candidate Profile
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.

- Prior experience in luxury hospitality with brands such as Taj, Oberoi, Leela, Marriott, Hyatt, ITC, Four Seasons, or other leading international hotel chains.

- Experience at a Rooms Division or Food & Beverage Managerial level is highly preferred.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Highly resourceful with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in staff management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and estate administration.

- Willingness to relocate to Jamshedpur.

Preferred Experience
- 8 15 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality or private estate management.

- Exposure to UHNW family offices, luxury residences, or boutique hospitality operations will be an advantage.
