Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Meta Ads (Facebook & instagram), Google Ads (PPC), and SEM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in campaign planning, lead generation, audience targeting, conversion tracking, A/B testing, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and performance optimization. Candidates must have a proven track record of improving ROI, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and generating high-quality leads through data-driven digital marketing campaigns, preferably for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), YouTube Ads, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads while improving CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPC, Conversion Rate, and overall campaign performance.
- Create and optimize Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, Retargeting, and Customer Lists.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Meta Events Manager,



Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM tracking, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, content and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads, Google Ads, Performance Marketing, and Digital Advertising trends.

Required Skills:

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Valuable understanding of SEM, PPC, Paid Media, Lead Generation, Conversion Optimization, and Marketing Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Meta Events Manager, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of 2 Lakhs+ is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
