Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective agency development strategies to drive business growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and other stakeholders.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve agent productivity.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.





- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in agency development and management within the insurance industry.

- Strong knowledge of the insurance product life cycle and sales process.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with financial institutions or similar industries is an advantage.
