Profile:-Deputy Manager - MIS and Accounts

Location: Naidupeta

Qualification Required: CA or ICWA

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Accounts, Finance, MIS, Audit, or Commercial functions in a manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities MIS & Reporting

- Collect monthly data from all six manufacturing plants.
- Prepare MIS reports, Flash Reports, and performance reports for senior management.
- Analyze plant-wise performance and highlight areas needing improvement.

Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with Internal Auditors for quarterly audits.
- Review audit observations and identify risk areas.
- Track corrective actions taken by plants against audit findings.
- Monitor compliance-related issues across all units.

Financial Analysis
- Analyze current assets, inventory, receivables, and working capital trends.




- Compare actual performance against budgets and report variances.
- Prepare financial reports required by RBI, Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE), Ministry of Industry, etc.

Coordination
- Regularly interact with CFO, Unit Heads, Commercial Heads, and Auditors.
- Ensure timely submission of data and reports from all plants.
