Urgent Requirement for Project Manager for Hot Mix Plant in Gurgaon

Mehta Construction Group is a Hot Mix Plant company since 2006. We have executed Number of DBM/ BC works in NCR + Microsurfacing works in Gurgaon, Jaipur & Dehradun.

We urgently need to appoint Project Manager for day to day site works. The nature of hot mix plant works is different than normal building works.

The description of duties as follows:-

1. Project Manager must ensure that Bitumen mix is ready by at 8AM at the latest, and occasionally by 5AM-6AM depending on site requirements.

2. Cleaning the existing surface at the site of work.

3. Site staff should be deployed quickly to ensure there are no delays in execution.

4. There is always a possibility of unforeseen problems on site. The Project manager should be capable to handling these competently.

5. Equipment breakdowns (such as Paver Finisher, Vibratory Roller, Tanker, and Dumpers) can occur. These must be attended to immediately so that daily targets are met efficiently.

6. Unexpected rains can naturally cause delays, sometimes cases, work may extend late across night.

Salary shall be adequate and standard facilities including food conveyance, accommodation shall be provided.
