Position : Plant Operations Executive

Location: Aurangabad , Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily plant operations and production activities.

- Monitor biochar production processes and report any operational issues.

- Handle raw material intake, storage, and movement within the plant.

- Support loading, unloading, and dispatch of finished products.

- Maintain production logs, inventory records, and operational reports.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.





- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for smooth plant functioning.

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report abnormalities.

- Keep the plant area clean, organized, and operationally efficient.

- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture ( B.Sc . Agriculture) or a related discipline.

- Freshers as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.

- Basic understanding of agricultural products, biomass, or manufacturing operations is preferred.

- Willingness to work in a plant environment and visit operational areas regularly.

- Valuable communication and record-keeping skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is an advantage.

- Ability to work in a team and follow operational procedures.
