Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and shop-floor positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, contractors, job fairs, employee referrals, and local hiring drives.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Manage candidate documentation, offer roll-out, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial recruitment will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of sourcing channels, job portals, local hiring strategies, and contractor management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
