- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Robust analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UG education: Any Graduate.
