- Implement and deploy SmartQ platform products remotely and on-site for client locations.
- Configure applications, manage menu setup, validate system functionality, and ensure smooth go-live.
- Train clients and end users on product usage, workflows, and best practices.
- Create, update, and maintain implementation guides, user manuals, and support documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries via email, calls, and chat.
- Manage client expectations by clearly communicating deliverables, timelines, and platform capabilities.
- Coordinate with multiple client stakeholders, including decision-makers, site managers, and on-ground operational teams.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across SmartQ solution platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints,



ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Take full ownership of customer issues until closure, escalating to internal teams when required.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including demos, onboarding, and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate documentation for reporting, issue tracking, and client communications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in implementation, technical support, customer support, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong email etiquette.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills and comfort working with technology-driven platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel across India for client implementations and launches.
- Robust sense of ownership, collaboration, and process adherence.
