Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced RTR Team Lead/Trainer to manage end-to-end Record-to-Report operations, lead and mentor teams, drive training initiatives, ensure a timely financial close, maintain compliance, and support continuous process improvement.

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have strong RTR accounting knowledge, leadership and training experience, along with hands-on expertise in ERP systems and financial reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the RTR team to achieve SLA and quality targets.
- Conduct process training, refreshers, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Manage GL accounting, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.




- Ensure SOX compliance and support audit activities.
- Prepare management reports, perform variance analysis, and drive process improvements.

Skills Required:

- 6+ years of RTR/GL accounting experience with 23 years as a Team Lead or Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of Month-End Close, GL, Reconciliations, and SOX.
- Experience in SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and analytical skills.
