Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Lead AI Generalist to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on development experience in AI technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead initiatives in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

The candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI systems, integrating large language models (LLMs), automating business processes, and mentoring teams on AI best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven products and solutions
- Design, build, and deploy applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Develop AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation systems
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions
- Build and optimize prompts, retrieval systems, and AI pipelines
- Integrate AI models with web applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
- Evaluate, test, and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies
- Mentor junior developers and guide teams in AI adoption and implementation




- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4 - 8 years of overall software development experience with strong hands-on coding expertise
- Proven experience in developing AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies
- Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other AI models
- Proficiency in Python and exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience in building and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services
- Good understanding of vector databases and retrieval systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Cloud
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern development practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
