Job Summary

The Electrical Supervisor Transmission Line will be responsible for supervising the installation, erection, maintenance, and testing of transmission line systems at the project site. The role involves ensuring that all electrical work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the erection and installation of transmission line towers and electrical components.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities related to transmission line work.
- Ensure proper installation of conductors, insulators, hardware fittings, and other transmission line equipment.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per project drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.




- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Maintain records of work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, and materials at the site.
- Identify and report any technical or safety issues to the management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and client requirements.

Experience

- Minimum 3 - 8 years of experience in transmission line projects or electrical infrastructure projects.
- Experience in tower erection, stringing, and transmission line maintenance will be preferred.
