Roles & responsibilities

•Solid understanding of key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, FTE, headcount, utilization, DSO, margin, pipeline, and bookings, and support analysis to generate actionable business insights.

•Apply accounting knowledge, including journal entries and their impact on the P&L; and balance sheet, to ensure accurate financial reporting

•Perform detailed analysis and reconciliation of general ledgers and intercompany accounts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness •Prepare and review financial reports with variance analysis, highlighting key movements and supporting informed decision-making

•Support end-to-end execution of financial projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved

•Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives in reporting to enhance efficiency and consistency

•Manage day-to-day interactions with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery aligned with business expectations

•Support resolution of escalations related to offshore delivery by coordinating with onshore stakeholders and ensuring proper follow-up and documentation
