Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical medical devices.

Translate customer and clinical requirements into product designs and specifications.

Drive prototyping, testing, validation, and design optimization.

Create engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation.

Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, and Project Management.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership throughout the product development lifecycle.
