Should have around 3-5 yrs of Experience.

Good to have knowledge on Linux shell scripting.
Good to have knowledge on Windows, PowerShell and Docker Containerization(Deploy docker images and manage services)
Should have knowledge on Release management
Should have capability to do product development, automation and application upgrades.
Good to have knowledge on transition skills, SOP preparation and new application onboarding.
Should have good Communication skills
Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must take ownership and accountability of a product delivery.
Strong Knowledge on ITIL concepts
Experience in production support and ticketing process




DB experience - SQL server/Oracle DB(SQL query writing experience-DDL/DML..etc)
ETL production support experience-Informatica or SSIS tools
Should have knowledge on any monitoring tools(Nagios/eon..etc)
must know any one of scripting language(shell / PowerShell / python)
Good to have Azure/Azure data engineering/jboss/WebSphere knowledge
Good to have knowledge on any deployment tools (VSTS)
Good to have knowledge on SSL certificate management
