- Plan, coordinate, and execute Topical/Product Trials for new and existing products.
- Support Current Product Development (NPD) activities from concept to commercialization.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Procurement, Marketing, and Regulatory teams for smooth project execution.
- Develop and optimize product formulations in line with company objectives.
- Prepare and maintain technical documents, product specifications, SOPs, and trial reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic and Pharmaceutical formulations.
- Experience in Topical Trials and New Product Development (NPD).
- Good understanding of formulation development, stability studies, and product validation.
