Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Generative AI Engineer with 3-8 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and end-to-end AI/ML solution development.

Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML algorithms with a solid focus on Generative AI applications.
- Build and optimize solutions involving Large Language Models (LLMs), text generation, content creation, and intelligent automation.
- Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for enterprise use cases.
- Participate in the complete AI/ML project lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering,



Data Science, Product Management, and Business stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and Generative AI technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Develop, maintain, and document high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworksExposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, and Transformer architectures
