Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML and hands-on expertise in building GenAI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and cloud-based AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Develop AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Work with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
- Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills





- 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- Robust experience in Python and AI/ML development.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and Agentic AI.
- Expertise in LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI model deployment.

Preferred

- Experience in enterprise-scale AI implementations.
- Exposure to MLOps and AI governance.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
