Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and support the implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working in implementation or support projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and process flow documentation.
- Configure and customize application functionalities as per business requirements.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practice solutions.
- Coordinate with technical, integration, and testing teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases,



and user manuals.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Provide post-go-live and production support.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Manage stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
- Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP applications.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.
- Knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation.
- Experience in UAT, SIT, defect management, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a cooperative team environment.
