Position: Mother Teacher - PRT

Academic Session: 2026-2027

Role Overview : We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic.

Mother Teacher who can create a joyful learning environment and ensure holistic development of early learners through activity-based and child-centric teaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a caring, safe, and engaging classroom atmosphere
- Conduct age-appropriate, activity-based learning sessions
- Teach foundational concepts in literacy, numeracy, EVS, and social skills
- Develop childrens emotional, social, cognitive, and physical skills
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning materials
- Foster positive habits, discipline, and positive behavior in students
- Track student progress and maintain necessary records




- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development
- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and activities
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for curriculum delivery

Eligibility Criteria

- NTT / ECCEd / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Mandatory)
- Graduation preferred
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Experience in pre-primary / early childhood teaching preferred
- A patient, loving, and energetic personality
