The Epicor Support Specialist provides advanced technical and functional support for Epicor ERP across manufacturing finance supply chain and operations With 58 years of hands on experience this person becomes the internal go to expert for issue resolution system

optimization and user enablement

Key Responsibilities

Epicor System Support Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve Epicor ERP issues across modules eg Finance Production Inventory Sales Purchasing

User Training Provide guidance documentation and training sessions for end users to improve adoption and reduce recurring issues

Process Optimization Analyze workflows and recommend system or process enhancements to improve efficiency

Customization Support Maintain and modify BAQs BPMs dashboards and reports using Epicor tools

Data Integrity Ensure accuracy of master data perform audits and support data cleanup initiatives

Upgrade Patch Management Assist with planning testing and deploying Epicor updates patches and recent modules

Cross Functional Collaboration Partner with operations finance supply chain and IT to translate business needs into system solutions





Vendor Coordination Work with Epicor support or third party consultants when escalations are required

Required Skills Experience

5 -8 years of hands on Epicor ERP experience preferably E10 or Kinetic

Strong understanding of core Epicor modules such as Finance Manufacturing Inventory and Order Management

Proficiency with BAQs BPMs SSRS reports dashboards and Epicor customization tools

Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases

Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Strong communication documentation and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Epicor Kinetic UI and REST API

Background in project management or participation in ERP upgradesimplementations

Familiarity with C Power BI or automation tools

Understanding of manufacturing workflows BOMs routings MRP scheduling

Skills

Mandatory Skills : ERP (JDA/PoS/PLM/Infor LN/JDE/Peoplesoft) Testing
