Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Executive with experience in supporting logistics software applications, IT infrastructure, and business users. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with logistics applications such as CFS MAG and Fleet MAG, be proficient in developing software queries and reports, and possess a solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and application support within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day technical support for CFS MAG and Fleet MAG.
- Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with vendors.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports.
- Support users and ensure smooth application functioning.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with operations for system enhancements.
- Maintain documentation and SOPs.
- Assist in testing, UAT, and rollouts.
- Support IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, networks,



and user access.
- Ensure IT security compliance and system controls.
- Monitor backups and application availability.
- Liaise with vendors for upgrades and fixes.
- Provide user training.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of CFS MAG and Fleet MAG.
- Experience supporting logistics software.
- SQL query development.
- ERP and logistics workflow understanding.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.
- IT security and system controls.
- Analytical and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or related field. Relevant certifications are an advantage.

Experience

3–6 years in IT application support within logistics/CFS/shipping/warehousing/transportation. Hands-on experience with CFS MAG, Fleet MAG, SQL, and IT infrastructure.
