Role Overview

HomeEssentials is looking for a creative and detail-driven Packaging Manager to own end-to-end packaging across our product portfolio. This role will shape customer experience from first impression to unboxing through strong design, product communication, and gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Packaging Ownership - Lead packaging development from concept to execution across product lines. - Collaborate with marketing, product,



and operations teams. - Manage timelines, budgets, and vendors.

2. Structural & Visual Packaging Design - Develop durable, cost-effective, and brand-aligned packaging. - Work with designers and agencies on creatives. - Ensure brand consistency across formats.

3. Flapping, Assembly & Functionality - Optimize flapping, folding, and assembly. - Ensure packaging is secure and logistics-friendly. - Conduct durability and usability testing.

4. Packaging Content & Compliance - Own on-pack content including product information and instructions. - Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. - Maintain consistency across SKUs.

5. Product Communication - Translate product features into explicit on-pack messaging. - Align with brand voice and marketing strategy. - Improve the unboxing experience.

6. Gifting & Experience-Led Packaging - Develop gifting, hampers, and seasonal packaging. - Create premium packaging experiences for campaigns.

7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Manage packaging vendors, printers, and suppliers. - Negotiate costs and ensure quality and timelines.

8. Sustainability & Innovation - Drive sustainable packaging initiatives. - Explore new materials and packaging trends.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Packaging, Design, Engineering, or related field.

- 8-15 years of relevant experience.

- Knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, and production.

- Strong project management and communication skills.
