We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support membership sales, lead generation, digital marketing, and daily gym operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and fitness business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on membership leads.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist in converting walk-ins and enquiries into memberships.
- Support WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Create and upload Instagram and Facebook posts, reels, and stories.
- Coordinate offline marketing activities, flyers, and local promotions.
- Conduct field marketing in nearby apartments, offices, and communities.
- Assist with corporate outreach and partnership activities.
- Maintain lead and sales records using Excel or CRM tools.
- Support gym events, referral campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Assist with front desk operations when required.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and marketing reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales and marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
- MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Canva knowledge is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- Freshers are welcome.
