Job Description

Bright Birds School is looking for passionate and dedicated Primary School Teachers to teach students from Classes 1 to 7. We are hiring teachers for one or more of the following subjects:

- English
- Hindi
- Mathematics
- Science
- Social Studies (SST)
- Sanskrit

We are looking for educators who can make learning engaging, build strong academic foundations, and inspire confidence in students.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach assigned subjects to students from Classes 17.
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Conduct interactive and activity-based classroom sessions.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and classwork.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
- Identify learning gaps and provide additional support where required.
- Create a disciplined, positive, and student-friendly classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events, examinations, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and the academic coordinator.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong command over the subject(s) applied for.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring children.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.




- Good classroom management skills.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills for preparing worksheets, presentations, and reports.
