About the Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager (RM) Used Commercial Vehicle to drive loan sales for used commercial vehicles in rural and semi-urban markets. This is a field-based, target-driven role focused on sourcing new customers, building strong local relationships, and growing the loan book in the assigned area.

Sales & Business Development

- Generate leads and source UCV loan cases through direct market visits, dealer networks, and local references
- Build and maintain relationships with used vehicle dealers, brokers, transporters, and local influencers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets for the assigned territory
- Identify recent sourcing channels and expand market reach in untapped villages/towns

Customer Relationship Management





- Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs and explain loan products clearly
- Guide customers through the complete loan process application, documentation, and disbursement
- Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals

Allied Activities

- Collect and verify basic KYC and income documents from customers
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing
- Conduct field visits to verify vehicle condition and customer background where required
- Support in early bucket collections and follow-ups, if needed
- Keep track of local market trends vehicle prices, competitor schemes, customer behaviour
- Maintain and update compliance-related MIS(s).
