We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team and support our growing talent needs across corporate, sales, operations, manufacturing, and design functions.

Key Responsibilities-

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions across the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Negotiate compensation and roll out offer letters to selected candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage job postings on various platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.




- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in interiors, manufacturing, construction, retail, engineering, or related industries.
- Robust sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment reporting.

Preferred Experience-

- Experience in hiring for Sales, Design, Architecture, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Corporate functions.
- Exposure to bulk hiring as well as niche hiring mandates.
