The Role We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing and a solid understanding of performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising:

- Plan, create, and manage effective campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Ads (Search, Display, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Content And Social Media Management

- Assist in content creation for various digital platforms (social media posts, blogs, ad copy, etc.).
- Maintain a content and social media calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.

AI And Automation





- Utilize tools like ChatGPT to assist in content generation and ideation.
- Explore and implement new AI tools to streamline marketing workflows.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on marketing campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future strategies.

Ideal Profile Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role.

Technical Skills

- Proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience working in a service based industry.
- Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation.

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
