Job Summary:

Sietrix Technologies is hiring a Salesforce Education Cloud Developer with 57 years of total Salesforce experience and strong hands-on expertise in Education Cloud, EDA, OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and integrations.

The ideal candidate should be able to work on both Salesforce development and administration, understand business requirements, communicate with stakeholders, suggest the right solution approach, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for the education domain.

This role is suitable for someone who has practical experience working with Education Cloud implementations, SIS/LMS integrations, OmniStudio components, APIs, and Salesforce platform customization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions for Education Cloud.
- Work with Education Data Architecture (EDA) and Education Cloud data models.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to support business processes across admissions, student services, engagement, and education operations.
- Build and manage integrations with SIS platforms such as Banner or PeopleSoft.
- Support integrations with LMS platforms such as Canvas or Blackboard.
- Work on REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware-based integrations using tools such as MuleSoft.
- Follow a Flow-first approach wherever possible and use custom development where business logic requires it.
- Own OmniStudio configuration, including DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and related components.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support Salesforce administration activities including configuration, data management, user access, security, reports, dashboards, and sandbox management.
- Maintain platform governance, quality standards,



security best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment planning, and release management.
- Work with CI/CD tools such as Copado, GitHub, or similar deployment tools.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize system performance, automation, data quality, and user experience.
- Work independently with ownership and deliver quality work within agreed timelines.

- Experience working with education institutions, universities, colleges, or EdTech clients
- Understanding of student lifecycle processes such as admissions, enrollment, student success, advising, and alumni engagement
