Role & responsibilities

- Handle calls from international customers in a qualified manner.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer queries, concerns, and requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions as per process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/tools and update call details regularly.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant team for timely resolution.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer experience targets.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and process requirements.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and collaborate with internal teams when required.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts/night shifts and support global customers.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts as per business requirements.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new processes.
- Prior experience in International Voice Process, Customer Support, BPO, or Call Center operations will be an added advantage.
- Graduation in any discipline preferred (Undergraduates may apply as per process requirements).
