We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for IT positions across the US market and possess a strong understanding of the US staffing industry.

This role requires someone who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, build strong candidate pipelines, and consistently deliver qualified talent within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding.
- Source IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, internal databases, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
- Negotiate compensation, availability, and offer details.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to fulfil client requirements within SLA.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS/CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing/US IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and full time positions.
- Excellent understanding of the US staffing process,



tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN), and time zones.
- Experience working with VMS/MSP clients and direct clients is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, GitHub, X-Ray Search, and advanced Boolean search.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
