Role & responsibilities- RERA Compliance & Regulatory Affairs:

Ensure all real estate projects comply with RERA guidelines and timelines

Handle RERA project registrations, renewals, and quarterly/annual compliance filings

Liaise with RERA authorities and regulatory bodies on behalf of the organization

Monitor changes in RERA regulations and update internal teams accordingly

Legal Documentation & Drafting:

Draft, review, and vet legal documents including sale deeds, agreements, MoUs,

development agreements, and lease deeds

Prepare and review builder-buyer agreements in compliance with RERA norms

Draft legal notices, replies, and correspondence on behalf of the company

Property Law & Title Verification:

Conduct title searches and due diligence for land acquisition and property purchases

Review and verify property documents, encumbrance certificates, and ownership records

Coordinate with revenue authorities for land records and mutation entries

Litigation & Dispute Management:

Assist in managing civil and consumer forum cases related to real estate transactions

Coordinate with external legal counsel for court proceedings and hearings

Maintain records of ongoing litigations and provide status updates to management





Contract Management & Advisory:

Review contracts with vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers

Provide legal opinions and advisory on real estate and corporate matters

Support business development teams with legal risk assessment on current projects

Preferred candidate profile- Qualification Bachelor's Degree (Any of the following):

BA LLB (Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Laws)

BBA LLB (Bachelor of Business Administration + Bachelor of Laws)

Any other recognized Law Degree (LLB)

Qualification Master's Degree (Preferred/Added Advantage):

LLM with specialization in Real Estate Law / RERA

Master's in Legal Studies with a focus on Property Law, Contract Law, or Regulatory

Compliance

RERA Certification / Diploma in Real Estate Law

Other Eligibility Conditions:

Pass-Out Batch: 2025 or 2026 only Gender: Male Candidates Only

Must be enrolled / eligible for enrollment with the State Bar Council

Knowledge of RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act, 2016) is mandatory

Familiarity with real estate laws, land acquisition acts, and property dispute resolution is

essential
