Role & responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage multiple branches or clusters.

2. Responsible to drive Gold Loan growth, incrementalinterest collection, NPA reduction and OFP business.

3. Responsible for developing and implementing strategicplans to achieve targets and business objectives.

4. Providing guidance and mentorship role to all Branchteams

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with all staffmembers6. Monitoring and evaluating key performances metricsand taking proactive measures to address field staffissues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimun Qualification - Graduation
- Freffered - MBA /PGDBM
- Age- 35-45
- Team Handling experience- Min 7-8 Years

Applicant should have excellent Sales experience with provenTrack Record, Team Management and Team Handling SkillsGood written and Communication skill in English is necessaryProactive Approach and Punctual
