- First level escalation for all Regional BD Heads for term-sheet closures along with Developers.
- Participation in concluding complicated clauses of Agreement whenever not resolved by the RBD.
- Agreement renewals of Malls ,supporting National BD Head in concluding the same.
- Speeding up all Agreement and Term-sheet closures -taking all escalations with BD heads for faster conclusion.
- Instrumental in driving rental rebate along with RBDs: basic communication steps, next level communication after RBD.
- Participating in final decision on commercials and support for all complicated deals.
- Fine tuning all proposal with RBD -Lead sent for CEO & MD approval.
- Escalation level for RBD -Lead for landlord & franchisee problem resolution.
- Coordination with stake holders at corporate for speeding up recent proposals ,agreement conclusion, legal due diligence -bridge between Legal & commercial for all new proposals.
- Ensuring timely completion of all Term sheet and Agreements.
- Shadowing National BD Head and Participating in all projects likes of space addition/reduction, lease extension for refit, Franchisee issues etc.
