Role & Responsibilities

As an Admission & Career Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students towards the right career pathway in Global Logistics and Supply Chain.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding career opportunities in Global Logistics and Supply Chain.
- Explain IISFT's Chartered Logistician and Global Logistician Programs.
- Handle enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, website, webinars and other promotional activities.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and nurture prospective students until admission.
- Understand students' educational background, career aspirations and learning requirements.
- Coordinate admission documentation, agreements and student records.
- Support webinar coordination, student engagement and admission activities.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records using CRM and internal systems.
- Communicate professionally through telephone, email and online platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.




- Perform routine office coordination and administrative activities related to admissions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who possess:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- 05 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Career Counselling, Student Counselling, Education, Training, Inside Sales or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Gujarati language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Professional personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication, counselling and relationship-building abilities.
- Good computer knowledge including MS Office, Email and Internet applications.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospective students.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: 18,000 25,000 per month

Working Details

- Location: Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat
- Employment Type: Full time (Office Based)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
