Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Post-Silicon Validation Engineer for SoC bring-up, enablement, and validation activities on new silicon. The role involves debugging hardware issues, enabling high-speed interfaces, developing validation tests, and supporting issue resolution during post-silicon phases.

Key Responsibilities

Perform post-silicon bring-up and validation of SoC/platforms.
Execute silicon enablement across subsystems and interfaces.
Develop and execute validation plans, test cases, and test content.
Debug and validate key subsystems including:

Post-Silicon SoC Validation Engineer: Must have: (Any 2)- Looking for SoC hardware profiles
USB (Host/Device, protocol-level debugging)
PCIe (link training, LTSSM, enumeration)
DMA engines / accelerators

Perform hardware-level debugging to identify, isolate, and resolve silicon/platform issues.
Develop test content using C and automate workflows via Python/Shell scripting.
Analyze register dumps, traces, BIOS logs,firmware logs,



and system behavior to root-cause failures.
Work closely with design, firmware, BIOS, and driver teams for issue resolution.
Perform and support BIOS configuration and bring-up activities
Support customer issues and including reproduction, analysis, and fix validation.
Document debug methodologies, test results, and issue root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills

3 5 years of experience in post-silicon validation / SoC bring-up / platform validation.
Solid understanding of SoC architecture and hardware subsystems.
Hands-on experience with:

USB protocol debugging
PCIe debugging (LTSSM, link issues, enumeration)
DMA accelerators / high-speed data movement subsystems

Good understanding and hands-on exposure to:
BIOS/UEFI configuration, boot flows, and platform initialization

Good programming skills in:
C for validation/test development and Scripting (Python / Shell preferred)
