Role & responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution.
- Plan and control production activities to maximize machine and manpower utilization.
- Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and optimize inventory levels.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments for seamless operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Experience in handling ERP/MRP systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices is preferred.
