Marketing Executive

Location: Rajkot

Roles and Responsibility

- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) tools for tracking leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Set, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones for ongoing marketing initiatives and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments, customers, and potential clients to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies.
- Identify, nurture, and convert prospective leads into active clients through targeted marketing campaigns and effective follow-ups.
- Conduct field visits (if applicable) to potential and existing clients to build and strengthen relationships, understand client requirements, and offer customized solutions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing performance, lead status, and client engagement activities.
- Conduct market research and generate reports on competitor analysis, market trends, and visibility status.




- Execute focused marketing campaigns based on industry segments, geographical territories, and service offerings to drive engagement and generate leads.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
