Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with 25 years of experience in designing engaging learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating storyboards for eLearning courses, applying instructional design methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital learning content.

This is a 6-month contractual opportunity with flexibility to work Remotely or Work From Office (WFO).

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend internal and client kick-off meetings.
- Design and develop instructional storyboards aligned with design documents.
- Apply instructional design principles, adult learning concepts, and global language standards.




- Create audio narration scripts and detailed visualization notes for graphics, animations, and videos.
- Collaborate with the Media team to conceptualize and review course visuals.
- Understand and utilize project-related authoring and collaboration tools.
- Capture screenshots for software simulations where required.
- Review media assets from an instructional design perspective.
- Test final learning modules against the defined test plan.
- Incorporate internal and client feedback within agreed timelines.
- Participate in design walkthroughs and project handover meetings.

Required Qualifications:

- 2 to 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
- Strong experience in storyboard creation for eLearning projects.
- Valuable understanding of ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Adult Learning Principles.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines.
