Job Summary: Handle customer interactions for a leading international banking client, providing high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Graduate preferred
- Willingness to work

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls related to banking queries




- Assist customers with account-related concerns, transactions, and general inquiries
- Provide accurate information and ensure first-call resolution
- Maintain professionalism and compliance with banking standards
- Escalate complex issues as per process guidelines
