Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Export Manager to establish and expand the pharmaceutical formulations export business across ROW, CIS, and European markets. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, deep knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations, and hands-on experience in managing export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and develop pharmaceutical formulations export business in ROW and European markets
- Identify and onboard distributors and partners across international markets
- Manage exports of OSD (Tablets, Capsules), Syrups, Sachets, and Injectables
- Leverage existing network to drive business expansion and revenue growth
- Coordinate with internal teams for production planning and shipment scheduling
- Ensure timely execution of export dispatches and logistics




- Handle complete export documentation and compliance requirements
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and market trends across different geographies

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in pharma export business development (Formulations)
- Strong network with international distributors and agents
- In-depth knowledge of ROW, CIS, and EU pharmaceutical markets (excluding US)
- Expertise in pharmaceutical dosage forms (OSD & Injectables)
- Sound understanding of export documentation and procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
