We are looking for a skilled French Language Specialist to manage business operations and deliver exceptional language support. In this role, you will handle client communications, process language-specific tasks, and ensure high quality standards. Job Overview-

- Role: French Language Specialist
- Location: Gurgaon, Gwal Pahari
- Work Model: Work from Office (WFO)
- Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts
- Both side cabs will be provided
- Working Days: 5 Days a week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
- Compensation: Up to 6.5 LPA (Depending on experience and skills)

Eligibility Criteria-

- Education: Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Experience: 6 to 18 months of relevant experience in French language operations (Any domain).
- Language Proficiency:

1. Minimum B2 Certification in French is required for experienced candidates.
2.



Freshers are welcome if they hold a C1 Certification in French.

Key Responsibilities-

- Handle inbound/outbound client queries and communication via Email, Chat, or Voice in French and English.
- Ensure accurate processing of transactions, documentation, and data management within stipulated timelines.
- Deliver high-quality customer support and maintain excellent customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Adhere to company policies, operational guidelines, and meet daily/weekly performance targets (KPIs/SLAs).
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
